WHAT DO I OFFER
As a nutritionist I will guide you, but most importantly I will teach you how to think about food, how to design your diet plans and how to prepare fresh dishes which you can take with you even to work or on your business trips. There will be no need to buy slimming products or food supplements, which are unnecessarily expensive. Food is not an enemy, eliminating it will get you nowhere. I will give you a life philosophy, not just a fad diet which you will follow for maximum of three months.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
- WE AGREE ON a free initial CONSULTATION (30 min.)
- We will discuss your issues and aims, you will get an introductory questionnaire to fill in and we agree on an InBody measuring session.
- I outline a solution to your problem
WHAT FOLLOWS
- InBody measuring session
- You have to fill in the questionnaire at home (it takes 7 days)
- After a week you will submit the completed questionnaire about your eating habits and sport activities, plus results of the InBody measuring (can be delivered personally or sent by email)
BETWEEN THE INITIAL MEETING AND FIRST CONSULTATION
- I analyse your eating habits
- I analyse the InBody readings
- I design a basic diet plan and give you a list of recommendations
FIRST CONSULTATION (60 minutes)
- We discuss mistakes in your old diet plan
- We analyze InBody results (fat, body mass and total body water distribution)
- You will get your starting diet plan
- We schedule a second consultation in two weeks
BETWEEN THE FIRST AND SECOND CONSULTATION
- You begin to follow your new diet plan
- You follow the starting diet plan for two weeks
- You find out whether the meals and timing suit you
SECOND CONSULTATION (30 minutes)
- We discuss the course of following the starting diet plan
- We adjust it according to your needs
AFTER THE SECOND CONSULTATION
- I send you the final version of the basic diet plan and you follow it
THIS CAN BE FOLLOWED BY ADDITIONAL CONSULTATIONS WITH NEWLY DESIGNED TWO-WEEK DIET PLANS (SEE THE PRICELIST: “COMPLETE DIET PLAN”), EVERY ADDITIONAL TWO-WEEK DIET PLAN CONTAINS NEW RECIPES AND FOOD COMBINATIONS WHICH ARE FURTHER CUSTOMIZED TO YOUR FOOD PREFERENCES AND NEEDS
